Is Aselia Con 2020 cancelled?
By CDC recommendation during the COVID-19 outbreak, gatherings of more than 50 people are discouraged. For that reason the 2020 con has been cancelled.

Is Aselia Con 2021 still happening?
YES! Aselia Con will return March 19-21, 2021.

What about my badge?
Your badge for the 2020 con has been rolled over to 2021.

Can I have my physical 2020 badge?
2020 badges will be available for pre-registered attendees to pick up upon request at Aselia Con 2021.

What about my VIP shirt?
You will not get a 2020 shirt, but you will get a 2021 shirt with your rolled over badge. If you would like to purchase a 2020 shirt, you may do so here.

What about my Sponsor shirt/gift?
Your 2020 shirt and gift will be mailed to you.

What about my Artist Alley table?
Your table will be rolled over to the 2021 year.

How can I support Aselia Con?
You can donate, buy the leftover 2020 merch, or shop using Amazon Smile!

How do I cancel my hotel reservation?
If it is more than 24 hours before your reservation, please call 1-800-446-6677 and use the automated system to cancel your reservation. Otherwise, please call the hotel directly at 1-972-929-8181 and mention that you are cancelling "due to coronavirus".
